These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to your purchase and use of the Nagare Delivery Exchange digital service offered by Nagare Business Flow Lab (Australian ABN 32 542 463 012).
By buying access or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Nagare Delivery Exchange is a digital subscription service designed to support software delivery leaders. It includes guides, tools, and community resources.
The service is currently offered as a pre-launch Founding Member offer with a one-time payment for lifetime access
3.1 Founding Members get lifetime access to the Delivery Exchange content available at launch and future updates.
3.2 Lifetime access only applies to the Delivery Exchange system and does not transfer to other Nagare products or services unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Access is personal and non-transferable.
4.1 You must pay the full Founding Member price at checkout to get lifetime access.
4.2 All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where required.
5.1 The service is in pre-launch build and may change before official launch.
5.2 Nagare makes no promise about specific features or release dates, though the current aim is to launch in February 2026.
6.1 If Nagare does not launch the Delivery Exchange, all Founding Members will receive an automatic full refund. No action is required from you.
6.2 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time after Nagare confirms the service will not launch.
6.3 After the service has launched, all sales are final and no refunds are provided unless required by Australian consumer law.
7.1 After launch, new members will be offered monthly or yearly subscriptions at a price set by Nagare.
7.2 Lifetime Founding Members keep access at the price they paid, regardless of future pricing changes.
All content, materials, and tools provided in the Delivery Exchange remain the property of Nagare. You may use them only as allowed by these Terms.
9.1 You agree not to share your access with others.
9.2 You agree not to copy, sell, or redistribute any content from the platform without written permission.
Nagare is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service beyond the amount you paid.
Nagare may update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify you of major changes by email or on our website.
